The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) has granted Zepf Center a three-year accreditation for its remarkable range of integrated behavioral health services.
This is Zepf Center’s 13th consecutive CARF accreditation and further emphasizes the quality and level of care the agency provides for the greater Toledo area. CARF is known worldwide for its accreditation services which recognize providers who are among the best available.
“This achievement is an indication of your organization’s dedication and commitment to improving the quality of lives,” said CARF President and CEO Dr. Brian Boon. “[Zepf Center] should take pride in achieving this high level of accreditation.”
The accreditation decision was received after a thorough internal examination of business practices, on-site surveys and demonstration of compliance to rigorous internally recognized CARF standards by Zepf Center.
“We are proud to retain our CARF accreditation,” said Zepf Center Clinical Compliance Manager Miranda Batianis. “This accreditation signifies to our clients and community that they will receive the highest level of care at our facilities.”
Although this is an enormous achievement, the work is just getting started. Zepf Center’s CARF accreditation status will depend on reporting additional improvements and following a Quality Improvement Plan for the next three years.
As consumers face numerous options when choosing a healthcare provider, CARF accreditation symbolizes a constant drive for quality care within an organization. Zepf Center has once again proven its dedication to providing excellent services for its clients and communities.
Zepf Center is dedicated to serving the surrounding communities by providing comprehensive, accessible and patient centered behavioral health and vocational services to youth and adults in Lucas County.
