Zepf Center staff toured Hollywood Casino with Brad Hirsch, General Manager, during Problem Gambling Awareness Month (PGAM). Problem Gambling Network of Ohio coordinated tours with casino and racinos as an opportunity for professionals in treatment and prevention to see the consumer protections implemented and build relationships with compliance staff at the local property.

 

The visit included a tour of the property, a discussion regarding consumer protections and compliance, an overview of the Voluntary Exclusion Program (VEP), and an opportunity to connect with the compliance officers, gaming agents, and commission staff.
