Chris "Chilly" Rodriguez is an artist and muralist in the Toledo, Ohio area. Chilly was inspired to make this piece that focuses on addiction and recovery. The entire mural was created by Chilly and he uses only spray paint to create his art. Chilly talks about his three year recovery journey from addiction and wants to encourage others through his work. Chilly says," It really doesn't matter where you came from, or your past; because tomorrow is always a new day." He believes if he can do it, anyone can recover!
