Toledo, OH – Today, October 25, 2022, Zepf Center hosted the County Justice Peer Learning Network Peer Exchange. Here, industry leaders from across the nation specializing in mental health, behavioral health, and criminal justice came together to learn from their peers and grow as an industry. Zepf Center CEO Deb Flores opened by welcoming everyone to The Zepf Center and began discussing how data and technology have helped streamline the company and make processes more efficient.

During this meeting, attendees could hear and learn from some of Zepf Center’s industry leaders as they discussed the challenges of building Crisis Care, a new line of service in 21 days. They also discussed the importance of being open and transparent, hiring challenges, and how to say yes to clients. “This was an incredible opportunity for us to connect with other industry leaders so that we can grow and learn from one another,” says Flores, “they had some excellent questions, and we would love to host them again.”
