John F. Kennedy to the Board of Directors of the American Freedom from
Hunger Foundation. Served as its Vice-President.
In 1965, served as
one of four delegates representing the united States at the World Food
conference in Rome.
In 1967, represented
the United States at the young World Food and Development Seminar in
Toronto, Canada.
In 1961, was a guest
of Radio Free Europe Tour visiting many U.S. military installations in
various parts of Europe and the two broadcasting stations of Radio Free
Europe in Munich, Berlin, and Lisbon, Portugal.
Was a member of the
Board of the Lucas County Mental Health since 1963, serving as its
Vice-Chairman of the Board and on various committees. Now an Honorary
Life Member of the Board,

of the Lucas County Unit, American Cancer Society since 1960, serving as
President, 2nd Vice-President, 1st Vice-President and Public Information
Chairman. Made an Honorary Life Member in 1985.

Personnel Evaluation Committee.
Ohio State Volunteer
Advisor of the March of Dimes. Also a Board member of the Northwest Ohio
Chapter, March of Dimes, serving on the Executive Committee, The
Nominating and volunteer Development committees.
Member of the Toledo
Diocesan Council Catholic Women Board, serving as its International
Affairs Commissioner and Finance Chairman of the Elizabeth Ann Zepf
Madonna Shelter in San Salvador. In 1979, founded the project That All
Children May Eat. Money raised was sent to Catholic Relief Services to be
used for children and programs in foreign countries where need is
greatest. Both programs still active and supported by the Toledo Diocesan
Council Catholic Women.
Member of the Toledo
Opera Guild, was its President for five years and now an Honorary Board
Member. Also an Honorary Board member of the Toledo Opera Association.

Executive Committee of Northwest Ohio Cancer Network Planning committee
of the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo.
