Problem Gambling Annual Report details progress and plans

On Oct. 21, OhioMHAS Director Tracy Plouck shares the highlights of work underway to help Ohioans avoid the issues of problem gambling with the Ohio Casino Control Commission. The OhioMHAS Report on Problem Gambling Services SFY 2015-16 contains highlights of 2015 and recommendations for moving forward. 


New Partnership with Racing for Recovery

Zepf at Harrison Rally Day

The Zepf Center was in attendance for Harrison Rally Day in Perrysburg! The rally hosted over 100 vendors and an estimated 50,000 participants were out and about that day to hear the word about Zepf services and programs.

Pumpkin seeds are a healthy and tasty snack alternative. Pumpkin seeds are rich in vital nutrients that most people are deficient, including Zinc, magnesium, iron, protein, and healthy fats. Pumpkin seeds also contain antioxidants including Vitamin E. Most grocery stores, including Kroger, will carry them in the de-shelled form which are perfect for snacking.

Zepf Center Receives Suicide Prevention Grant

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) named Zepf Center as the award recipient for an $800,000 Emergency Response for Suicide Prevention (COVID-19 ERSP)
