Personnel
The Zepf Center, located in Toledo, is
a behavioral health facility, which provides a wide range of
quality-driven services to adults with severe and persistent mental
illness. We are currently searching
for Community Support Personnel Workers.
Responsibilities will involve developing and coordinating the
Individual Recovery Plan, advocating for persons on their case load,
providing assessment, linkage and referral, crisis intervention, and assisting
in the management of psychiatric symptoms. The position requires bachelor’s degree in social work or
related field. L.S.W. or higher
state license and experience with the SPMI population are preferred.
Those eligible to drive company vehicles must have a valid driver’s
license and be eligible for coverage as defined by the agency commercial
insurance carrier.
