Job Development
A Job Developer (JD) assists the consumer in finding a job in their goal area. The JD will serve as a consultant for those conducting self-directed job search or as a marketing representative to those needing more assistance. The JD works closely with employers, participating in service by advocating for job opportunities. The JD will work with the employer in providing accommodations as needed.
