Job Coaching
We provide one-on-one training to consumers on their worksite. Supports are provided and developed to provide every opportunity for success. Job coaching may also be used in a trial work experience where it has been determined that the employee may posses the necessary skills for the position but the employer to employee compatibility must be assessed. The job coach fades out as determined by the consumer and the team.
